Does FL IMPORT AUTO own the vehicles shown?
No, unless expressly stated otherwise. FL IMPORT AUTO mainly acts as a broker/intermediary and sources vehicles from identified professional sellers.
How are vehicles selected?
The search starts from your requirements: model, budget, year, mileage, transmission, colour, options, timing and destination. We then compare the available proposals.
What do you check before recommending a vehicle?
We seek to document, in particular, the seller, VIN, mileage, servicing, history, documents, key equipment, budget and payment conditions. See our 25-check charter.
Does an FL check guarantee that no defect exists?
No. Checks reduce risk but do not replace an exhaustive expert inspection. We distinguish between items that are checked, seller-declared and still to be confirmed.
Who receives payment for the vehicle?
The payment route depends on the contract and the case. The vehicle price is kept separate from FL IMPORT AUTO’s fees. See our Secure payment page.
How do you calculate the total budget?
We separate seller price, any inspection, transport, compliance/formalities, taxation, registration and fees. An item that is not yet known is marked as to be confirmed rather than shown as zero.
What are your fees?
The current fee schedule is shown on the Fees & pricing page and the amount applicable to your assignment is set out in the quote.
Can I send you a listing I have already found?
Yes. We can start from an identified listing and review the available information before helping you decide.
How does transport work?
Collection method, carrier, handover location, timing and applicable insurance are specified according to the case. See Transport, delivery & registration.
Do you work with professionals?
Yes. A B2B agreement and work orders can structure recurring requirements for dealers, agencies, rental companies or fleets.
