Our method: reducing uncertainty before and after purchase
Our turnkey service is more than access to foreign listings. We organize the decision and import journey around your vehicle. You retain the final say at every important stage.
Phase 1 — Define your project
We define the vehicle sought, the total budget and acceptable compromises. This avoids comparing listings that appear similar but do not actually meet the same need.

Phase 2 — Filter and secure before payment
We prepare the decision using the information actually available. Depending on the case: seller, VIN, documents, history, servicing, compliance, technical inspection, possible inspection, market price and future costs.
Our role is not to close a deal at any cost. If, based on the information and checks available, a vehicle does not deserve your signature, we may recommend continuing the search.
Phase 3 — Build the delivered-to-France budget
We do not present the German or Belgian price as if it were the final cost. The budget should distinguish:
- Price paid to the seller
- Possible inspection
- Transport and export formalities
- Compliance and administrative procedures
- Taxation / penalties depending on the vehicle
- Possible customs charges for a case outside the European Union
- Estimated registration
- FL IMPORT AUTO fees
Phase 4 — Coordinate the import
After your approval, FL IMPORT AUTO coordinates the steps set out in the mandate: useful exchanges with the seller, sale documents, collection, transport, formalities and preparation for delivery.
Phase 5 — Track the vehicle with FL Track
Tracking is designed as a simple view of the journey: approved brief, selected vehicle, documents and checks, collection, transport, formalities, delivery and closing of the file.
Phase 6 — Provide a structured file
The FL IMPORT AUTO file brings together the elements actually obtained: requirements, references, available documents, budget, decisions, check information, logistics tracking and applicable formalities.
