Payment for an imported vehicle should never rely on a simple IBAN received in a message. FL IMPORT AUTO documents the payment route applicable to the case and separates the vehicle price from its own fees.

Vehicle price
The preferred route is the one set out in the vehicle contract: generally payment to the identified professional seller. When a payment or escrow provider is proposed, its identity, terms, fees and the point at which funds are released must be disclosed before payment.
FL IMPORT AUTO fees
They are separate from the vehicle price and invoiced by FL IMPORT AUTO in accordance with the quote and mandate. Available payment methods may include bank card, Apple Pay or bank transfer depending on the current setup.
Protection against IBAN fraud
- Never pay to a new IBAN simply sent in an unexpected email.
- If the beneficiary changes, carry out a second check through an independent channel.
- Compare the bank beneficiary with the seller and available contractual documents.
- Keep proof of the instruction and payment.
