From vehicle collection to handover.
Transport and formalities depend on the country of origin, the vehicle, destination and available documents. FL IMPORT AUTO only coordinates the stages provided for in the quote and mandate.
1 · PreparationConfirmation of the seller, collection location, documents, keys and handover conditions.
2 · TransportBooking the carrier or agreed transport method, with tracking information where available.
3 · ReceptionVisual check, photos, documents, keys and any reservations recorded at handover.
4 · ComplianceCOC, homologation or additional procedures where required for the case.
5 · TaxationProcessing the information required for applicable taxation according to the vehicle and destination, within the agreed scope.
6 · RegistrationProcedures carried out by the client, FL IMPORT AUTO or an authorised provider according to the mandate and available supporting documents.
At delivery
- Check the condition of the vehicle before signing without reservations.
- Immediately photograph any damage or discrepancy found.
- Check the stated keys, documents and accessories.
- Record the necessary reservations on the transport or handover document.
Timeframes shown in the case remain estimates unless otherwise agreed in writing; they may depend on the seller, carrier, public authorities and availability of documents.
